Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — Disconnect an account

To remove a single Facebook or Instagram account and its stored access tokens, sign in to Autoadify, go to Accounts, and click Disconnect on that account. Its tokens and account data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Remove Autoadify from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Autoadify, and choose Remove — ticking the option to delete your activity. Facebook notifies us automatically, and we immediately delete every Facebook Page and Instagram Business account connected from your Facebook profile, along with the access tokens we held for them. You will be shown a confirmation code you can use to check the status of the request.

Option 3 — Remove Autoadify from Instagram

If you connected Instagram directly (signing in with Instagram rather than through a Facebook Page), open the Instagram app and go to More → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active, find Autoadify, and choose Remove. Instagram notifies us automatically, and we immediately delete that Instagram Business account and the access token we held for it.

If you connected both Facebook and Instagram, do both Option 2 and Option 3. Removing Autoadify on one of the two does not revoke it on the other — Meta treats them as separate integrations and only notifies us about the one you removed.

Option 4 — Delete your entire Autoadify account

Send an email to privacy@autoadify.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.
